Seems like a blocked nose, breathing through the mouth, and a bit of runny nose when waking.

A cat’s blocked nose is nasal congestion, possibly from a cold, rhinitis, respiratory viral infection, or pneumonia, and also possibly from a nasal blockage by a foreign body or growth such as sinusitis or a nasal tumor. If the congestion lasts a long time, take the cat to a hospital for diagnosis.

If it is an ordinary respiratory disease, nebulization or anti-inflammatory medication can be used; a viral disease needs antiviral treatment; and an abnormal nasal growth may require surgery.
