No diarrhea, no vomiting, normal spirits and appetite, but blood drips after defecation.

Blood dripping after defecation may come from constipation, parasites, foreign-object scratches, proctitis, or perianal tumor. First, hard stool suggests constipation hurting the mucosa; give more water and probiotics for movement. Second, if hard stool followed eating hard objects or bones, scratches may cause dripping; give anti-inflammatory to avoid colitis, and see a vet for X-rays if bleeding continues. Soft stool needs a fecal test for coccidia, whipworm, or roundworm, then targeted deworming. Finally, if checks and treatment fail, consider perianal or rectal tumor via colonoscopy.
