My dog will not eat kibble, only meat, is lethargic and has vomited many times. What medicine and what do I do?

Vomiting and lethargy can come from: 1) overeating and poor digestion; 2) swallowed objects blocking the gut; 3) internal parasites upsetting the gut; 4) parvovirus or corona; 5) other issues like nephritis, hepatitis, pancreatitis or cholecystitis.

Frequent vomiting with lethargy may be serious, so do not blindly medicate. If vomiting has stopped, observe and use pet anti-inflammatory and anti-vomit drugs with probiotics and soft foods like meat porridge; if no improvement, see a vet for the exact cause.
