My dog recently grew two small bumps above its eyes.

A bump above a dog’s eye corner may be the brow bone or a growth. Anatomically the eye sits in the socket with a hard bump at the brow that is normally hidden by fur and only looks odd when fur is lost, which is a normal structure. If the bump appeared suddenly, it may be a growth.

Use X-rays to determine whether the growth is bone or soft tissue by its density. If it is a soft-tissue growth that is spreading, surgical removal is usually chosen.
