My cat walked and ran fine a few days ago but keeps falling down today

Unsteady walking in cats can have many causes, including low blood sugar, calcium deficiency, bone problems, and nerve issues. If the cat has gone long without food or water, hypoglycemia can cause weak limbs and wobbling, and it needs an energy boost such as glucose water.

Calcium deficiency or joint disease also leads to instability, and some nerve problems cause muscle weakness, poor coordination, or unsteady gait. If the wobbling persists, take the cat to a vet promptly for targeted treatment.
