Because the X-ray is too blurry to see bone and lumbar disc detail, congenital or acquired spinal development problems causing lumbar collapse and paralysis are suspected. Without full MRI and CT there is no good way to help, so the treatment is joint and bone-supporting medication.

If there is clear pain, oral pain medication helps the cat. In daily care, do not let the cat exercise strenuously.
