1 A Meat-Rich Homemade Cat Meal
Cats need calcium throughout life; kittens are in a key growth stage needing more, seniors lose nutrients fast, and pregnancy prevents postnatal paralysis and poor milk, keeping the mother from weak teeth and body after birth.
Ingredients
Meat: beef, lamb, chicken, duck, rabbit, venison, chicken heart, 85%
Seafood: fish, shrimp, shellfish, 10%
Liver: beef or chicken liver, 5%
Steps
Step 1
Rinse the meat; frozen from shops or fresh from market both work, as long as quality is sound.
Step 2
Dice and mix all rinsed meat, or grind into a paste.
Step 3
Take one portion and steam.
Step 4
After steaming, break into small pieces to cool; once warm, serve, and you can stir in an egg yolk.
Step 5
Serve the broth too, to boost water intake.
Step 6
Portion the rest; do not store steamed food, store raw instead, and freeze no longer than 2 months.
Step 7
Use baking paper for portions; it peels off the frozen meat cleanly.
Step 8
Feed once in the morning and once in the evening, steaming each time.
