A dog needs proper training to become obedient. From 2-3 months, teach it to eliminate in a designated spot using a small toilet and taking it there about half an hour after meals. Also teach it not to bark: if it barks at night, scold it firmly, then cover its mouth, and reward a snack when quiet.
