How strong is a Corgi’s fighting ability?

A Corgi’s fighting ability is not very strong, but not especially weak either. First, the Corgi was originally a cattle dog, very brave and agile with decent fighting ability, but most pet Corgis are gentle and will not start trouble. Second, a Corgi’s bite force is fairly prominent among small and medium dogs, and they will not back down from much larger dogs, usually getting the upper hand in play fights.

Finally, Corgis are clingy and very warm to their owners, and especially friendly to strangers, so they basically never attack people on their own.
