How Soon Can an Oscar Fish Breed?

An oscar generally starts breeding at 18 months. After adulthood, before the breeding season pick healthy females and males as parents and let them breed naturally in a suitable environment. Under good conditions they breed several times a year, with summer and autumn as peak seasons. They breed strongly, but for quality offspring control the frequency reasonably.
