An iridescent shark needs feeding once a day, to about 70 to 80 percent full. Evening feeding is not advised as it easily causes indigestion, and keep feeding times and amounts regular. Captive fish can eat special fish feed, with occasional live food like plankton or small fish and shrimp, but if you offer live food, raise the water-change frequency to keep quality good.
