A 2-month-old kitten is not done with vaccines and should not be bathed. Before vaccination its resistance is low and bathing lowers it further, raising disease risk that is hard to cure, so wait until vaccinated and antibody-positive.

For kittens under 6 months, if the body is not dirty there is no need to bathe it.
