How long until a cat with a ruptured bladder dies?

A ruptured bladder is very dangerous, and some cats die within a few hours, so if you notice it, take the cat to a veterinary hospital for emergency treatment immediately. Without timely treatment, abdominal infection may develop and the cat may die within hours. If the cat is taken to the hospital promptly for cleaning and suturing of the bladder, its lifespan is generally not affected.
