How long does it take for a dog’s peritonitis to recover?

Dog peritonitis generally needs 1 to 2 weeks of treatment to recover; the exact time depends on the severity, the dog’s constitution and the treatment method. Peritonitis is divided into primary and secondary types, with secondary being more common.
