One chew stick lasts a dog about 1-2 days, but limit each chewing session to about an hour and discard any leftovers.

During teething, give chew sticks up to twice a week to ease discomfort from changing teeth. Also offer chew toys and rawhide.

Normally, do not overfeed chew sticks, since too much chewing harms teeth and gums.
