How do you train a Samoyed to use the toilet?

Start toilet training a Samoyed as early as possible to avoid the habit of relieving itself anywhere. First, prepare a dog-specific toilet. After the dog eats, as soon as you notice sniffing or circling, take it to the toilet to eliminate. If the Samoyed goes outside the toilet, clean it up promptly so no scent remains. Finally, dab a little of the dog’s feces and urine on the toilet, and the Samoyed will follow the scent there. When it succeeds, give an immediate treat to reinforce the conditioned response.
