Delayed ear standing may be due to calcium deficiency. Supplement the dog with soy products, shrimp shells, goat milk, and pet calcium tablets, and let it sunbathe more. You can also help physically by taping breathable tape along the middle of the ears for 3 to 4 days at a time, then remove to let them breathe; within about a month the ears should stand.
If the ears never stand up, it may be impure breeding or a genetic defect, which can only be corrected with ear-standing surgery.
