A 3-month kitten can start solid kibble; kitten food is richer and better for growth, fed 3 to 4 times daily, with some egg yolk and chicken breast for extra nutrition. If not yet vaccinated, take it for FVRCP and rabies shots to avoid distemper and rhinotracheitis.
Deworm regularly: at 2 to 6 months do internal and external monthly; over 6 months internal every 2 to 3 months, external still monthly.
