How can you tell a Poodle’s age?

Consider these factors to determine a Poodle’s age. First, look at the teeth: a puppy has 28, an adult 42. As baby teeth fall and adult teeth come, wear and loss increase with age.

Second, activity declines with age; if running, jumping or stairs becomes slow or hard, it is likely old. Finally, look at the coat: with age the color fades or turns gray or white, and the coat becomes sparser or even falls out.
