For an adult with no eating and vomiting, it may be acute gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, wrong-food blockage, or poisoning. Stop feeding for a while, give probiotics, cimetidine to stop vomiting, and bismuth subsalicylate to stop diarrhea, observing for a day; if no improvement, go to the hospital for accurate tests and targeted treatment.
