Do Border Collies bite people?

A Border Collie may bite people. Whether a dog bites is not decided by breed but by the dog’s temperament and how it is raised. If a puppy bites, the owner should stop it in time and give appropriate scolding and correction; after a few times it learns not to bite people.

Also, do not beat and scold the dog often. Dogs generally bite only when very emotional or defending themselves; if you often hit it, the dog becomes more sensitive and may bite even more.
