Fast and withhold water to ease the gut, and since the cat has not eaten for three days, veterinary fluids for hydration and nutrition are ideal, with anti-emetic injections for persistent vomiting.
If a vet is unavailable, do not delay: give glucose water, cimetidine for vomiting, and bismuth subcarbonate for diarrhea, then active probiotics, with small frequent liquid meals later. Preventive monthly deworming is recommended.
