Can dogs eat sweet potato?

Dogs can eat sweet potato. It is rich in fiber and vitamins, and also contains potassium and a special substance called adiponectin; appropriate amounts promote intestinal movement and relieve constipation, and can also lower blood lipids, which is good for the heart.

But do not feed too much at once, or it easily causes bloating, soft stool or diarrhea; feeding sweet potato often can even make a dog picky, and over time lead to malnutrition.
