Dogs usually do not hate owners, as they lack that emotion; they are loyal, gentle and obedient and show love.

But frequent beating or abuse can make them fearful, distant and distrustful.

Long absence or lack of care can make them lonely and anxious, causing withdrawal or reluctance to interact – but not from hate.
