A Teddy can start eating puppy food around one and a half months after birth, by which time it is usually weaned; after weaning, soak the kibble in warm water or goat milk before feeding.
Right after weaning it is not ready for dry kibble, because the gut is still fragile and hard to digest, so soften it first. From 3-4 months, feed puppy kibble directly.
