A rice-grain-sized flesh mole grew on the head, shaped like a rice grain with a black dot at its base — what is the cause?

Ticks are common external parasites that feed on animal blood and can transmit diseases such as babesiosis, Lyme disease, and hemorrhagic fever to their host.
