I. Main Causes of Dog Vomiting

II. What to Do When a Dog Vomits

1. Fasting

Once a puppy’s stomach is overloaded and vomiting occurs, fast for 24 hours to recover. If it still vomits after 24 hours, see a doctor.

2. Encourage drinking

The owner can encourage the puppy to drink more water when it no longer vomits violently, to avoid dehydration.

3. Light diet

After a day of fasting, the dog’s appetite will be very strong; prepare light food to avoid re-irritating the stomach.
