1. Small frame, easy to fracture

The Yorkshire Terrier is a very fashionable pet with the charm of an aristocrat’s boudoir, loved especially by the nobility. Fascinated by their fine hair, elegant ladies often adorned Yorkie heads with ribbons and bows, making their terrier playfulness more vivid.

Because of its tiny size, the Yorkie’s coat and belly easily touch the ground, picking up dirt and breeding bacteria. Owners must clean the coat promptly and keep the Yorkie tidy.

3. Rather vocal

To this day the Yorkie remains one of the world’s most popular breeds, with at least 100 years as a pet. But its barking habit is headache-inducing. Though a terrier, it is small, loves excitement and noise, and nobody fears it. Lively and adorable,

this makes you dote on it and reluctant to discipline it, easily forming bad habits – like a spoiled child always causing trouble. Sometimes it is especially arrogant, with an inexplicable sense of superiority despite its tiny size, acting domineering.

4. Loves to roam

The Yorkshire Terrier is named after Yorkshire in northeast England, also called Yorkie, Joseph dog, etc. It is petite, a small breed second only to the Chihuahua. Its coat is silky and dazzling,

earning it the moving jewel name. They are very clingy, never leaving the owner’s side, and expert at acting cute. The legendary actress Audrey Hepburn considered the Yorkie her most beloved pet.
