Rabbit hair loss has many causes, including bacterial or fungal infection and parasites. If there are other rabbits in the cage, also consider if it was bitten off. Check the wound for injury or parasite signs.
For bacterial infection, clean with saline then apply an antiseptic spray. For parasites, deworm the rabbit promptly.

My rabbit dropped a patch of fur on the thigh and it was a fungal spot, cleared with a vet spray. With a big clump gone, check if the skin looks red, scabby, or like something bit it. If there are other rabbits, fighting is likely. Saline clean and an antiseptic spray helps minor stuff, but if it spreads or looks infected, deworm and get a skin check, because parasites and fungus both cause bald patches.
