From the photo, the rabbit has hair loss around the nose with exposed, red skin. This is mainly considered to be from fungal infection, rash, or parasite infection. If fungal, isolate the rabbit promptly and thoroughly disinfect its living area with diluted sanitizer.
For the sick rabbit, wear disposable gloves, shave the fur around the affected area, clean with hydrogen peroxide or saline, then apply an antifungal medication. During treatment, put a collar on the rabbit to stop it from scratching or licking the area.
