Why does my cat have black spots in its eyes?

Black spots may be normal pigmentation that doesn’t affect eye function or health. If there’s abnormal discharge or other symptoms, it could be an eye disease such as an iris melanoma.

In that case, take the cat to a vet for examination and targeted treatment.
