What does the sea bream eat?

The sea bream is an omnivorous fish with a very wide diet, including mollusks, small fish, shrimp, crustaceans, and algae. In the wild, sea bream feed mainly on clams, small fish, and shrimp, and occasionally some algae.

In captivity, you can feed them specialized commercial food and appropriately supplement with natural foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, daphnia, nematodes, small shrimp, and mealworms.
