My rabbit is passing red watery stuff and medicine is not helping

Red watery output may be blood stool or blood urine. Blood stool suggests digestive disease like enteritis or gastritis; red urine may come from pigmented food like carotene vegetables or feed, or from dehydration or bacteria causing urinary upset.

Take the rabbit to a vet for targeted care. Keep diet hygiene, avoid too much concentrate and carotene vegetables, and ensure ample water. If medicine is not working, it may be wrong, so contact the vet to adjust.
