At what age do Chihuahua ears start standing up?

Chihuahuas generally start raising their ears at 8 to 10 weeks and usually have them fully erect after two months. Some, however, may not stand or stand incompletely due to impure bloodlines.

Also, slow development or calcium deficiency can delay ear standing. To help it along, give extra calcium during this period and some sunlight to aid calcium absorption.
