Rehome a Teddy only after 2 months. It starts weaning at about 40 days, so keep it on mother’s milk before that. After weaning, if its resistance is good, rehoming is fine.
A healthy Teddy can be vaccinated after 45 days; if not yet vaccinated when rehomed, remind the new owner to do it and explain its eating habits.
