How Often to Feed a Chilean Rose Tarantula?

A Chilean rose tarantula generally needs feeding only once a week. Its appetite is small; watch the abdomen and stop once it looks full. Feed mainly insects such as mealworms, roaches, and crickets, and when offering crickets it is best to remove the jaws or crush the head with tweezers first. Promptly remove any leftover food to prevent the tarantula eating spoiled matter.
