What is the lifespan of a pygmy marmoset?

Pygmy marmosets live about 10-15 years, longer with good care. Adults are only 10-12 cm tall and 80-100 g, lively yet gentle and tameable. But they are rare and costly, eat insects, and are hard to keep unless you meet their dietary needs. In China they are a Class II protected species and generally should not be kept as pets.
