When can a Samoyed start eating adult dog food?

A Samoyed can start eating adult dog food after it turns one year old. Generally a Samoyed is considered an adult at one year and the owner can begin feeding adult formula. Nutritional needs differ by life stage; young Samoyeds need higher nutrition, so puppy food is generally richer than adult food.

After adulthood, growth slows and nutritional needs fall, so if the owner keeps feeding puppy food it can easily make the Samoyed obese.
