When choosing a Labrador, first observe the bone mass; a purebred has very sturdy bones with large paws and head. Next, look at the puppy’s head β a Labrador has a clear bump on top, and a too-flat head may indicate impurity.
Also observe the coat: a purebred Labrador’s fur is short but very dense and feels coarse to the touch. If the coat is especially sparse, it is best not to buy.
