A dewormed kitten usually has no reaction, but irritating medicine may cause mild diarrhea, vomiting, poor appetite or lethargy. Many internal parasites can also show as soft stool with worms, which is normal; give probiotics.
If violent vomiting or diarrhea occurs it may be an overdose poisoning; seek veterinary care.
