How to Remove Lice from a Dog?

For lice, use a dog or cat external parasite product containing fipronil or selamectin, deworming once a week until fully killed. After applying, put on an Elizabethan collar to prevent licking and poisoning.

Also keep the indoor environment clean; wash and disinfect the dog bed and other items to prevent reinfection. After the lice are gone, deworm monthly as prevention.
