Changeable tree lizards like various insects such as crickets, grasshoppers, beetles, spiders and dubia roaches; usually feed them lettuce, and occasionally mealworms, dubias, superworms and crickets for extra nutrition. Mealworms are low activity and not very nutritious; superworms have moderate nutrition and activity and are easy to keep, so they are preferable.

In addition, they eat little, once a day is fine, or even once every two days, but try not to go more than 2 days without feeding.
