Expert Answer

If the tilted head is from head-tilt disease, the rabbit may live only about a week. The disease is highly fatal and incurable, and affected kits usually die, so low-value rabbits are generally culled and high-value ones isolated and tentatively treated.

If no improvement after 5 days of treatment, recovery is very unlikely.
