Catnip grows fairly fast, sprouting in about 10 to 14 days. It prefers 18 to 22 degrees and should be kept shaded after sowing. Transplant 4 to 6 weeks after sprouting for better growth.
As it grows, repot into a larger container to aid root growth. Catnip likes moisture but not waterlogging, so water and fertilize reasonably.
