How is keeping tiger barb fish?

Tiger barbs are schooling fish you can keep many of in one tank for high ornamental value, but do not overcrowd or water quality suffers. When buying, pick healthy, active fish with strong resistance; weak ones struggle to adapt and may die soon after entering the tank, harming others. They are sensitive to temperature swings, so keep water at 24-28 C with small changes between water changes.
