What happens if a cat donates blood?

Normal blood donation does not harm a cat, because the small volume is strictly controlled. Only healthy adults over 5 kg may donate, at 10-20 ml per kg, which the body rebuilds in 3-4 days, so the burden is small. After donation, give extra nutrition like goat milk, egg yolk and chicken breast plus blood supplements to help recovery.
