How to stop a dog from defecating everywhere?

The owner can prepare a dog-specific toilet at home, then use a tissue to collect some of the dog’s urine and rub it on the toilet as an attractant, or simply spray a pet attractant on it. Then watch for the dog’s pre-potty behavior; usually about half an hour after a meal the dog wants to go, and when you see it sniffing around, circling in place, and looking anxious, take it to the toilet.

Once the dog smells the toilet, it will relieve itself there. After it finishes, reward it with a snack so the dog is more willing to use the same spot.
