Generally you can judge a Silver Shaded cat’s quality by its face shape, eyes, paw pads and coat color. A good-quality Silver Shaded usually has green or blue eyes with a clear black eye liner around them.
In a good one, the coat fades from white to black at about the top eighth, the fur is shiny with no stray hairs. The face is usually round, the nose is cherry-pink or brick-red with a clear black nose line, and the paw pads are black.
